Dan began his career at Magmasters Sound Studios based in St Annes Court mixing TV Commercials with advertising agencies such as Saatchi and Saatchi. In the mid-nineties Dan started to focus more on sound for Films and Animation, perfecting the art of recording ADR and Foley for many Feature Films and TV Dramas. In 1998 Dan joined The Farm where he was soon making his mark as a Broadcast Dubbing Mixer for Music Documentaries such as the ‘Classic Albums’ Series and the ‘Top Ten’ Shows for Channel 4. A few years later and ‘Pop Idol’ arrived. Dan embraced this new genre of Saturday night entertainment with a rich mixing style which would lead him to become the requested Dubbing Mixer for both ‘The X Factor’ and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’. More recently Dan has been working on various Comedy shows including ITV’s Benidorm. With his vast experience and versatility Dan continues to enjoy working on many different genres including Comedy Dramas, Factual Documentaries and Light Entertainment Shows.
