"The Fairy Jobmother is a new reality TV show in which Hayley Taylor works with long-term benefit claimants to help them find employment. The programme tracks Hayley as she moves in with families experiencing long term unemployment and attempts to improve their employment prospects with her advice and guidance"

Evolutions completed the Symphony Grade and Online (Nick Griffiths) and Dubbing (Stewart Harper) for the series. Post producer was Karen Kavanagh. The show was produced by Studio Lambert for Channel 4.

Nick Griffiths:

"I found the journey that the contributors went through compelling. Each case from the different programmes illustrated another trap on the unemployment circuit, quite a moving emotional journey in many ways. Overall a nicely shot refreshing new format that was fun to work on. The post production process went very smoothly, having the conform, grade and online all within Symphony kept the process simple. The grade looks fresh and bright. Tania Alexander (executive producer) and I we're really pleased with the completed programmes. Let's hope Channel 4 re-commission them!"
