After studying film and working in fashion at the same time for 2 years, Alicja decided to join Evolutions and learn about post-production. She got promoted to Resources Co-ordinator in May 2022 and has been in this role since, making sure all equipment is in its place and that clients have the resources they need to work on their projects. 

When not carrying cables or laptops around the office, Alicja likes to befriend all animals she meets in London (wild squirrels and foxes included), take pictures on her film camera and watch indie films.
