After a brief period as a (semi) professional musician, Des began his editing career as a trainee, working on tv and training films for the Armed Forces. Following a couple of years freelance, he joined Molinare as an online editor. Des has worked on everything from broadcast (eg T4, Pepsi Chart), drama (eg Black Mirror, Jonathan Creek), comedy (eg Rev, The Wrong Mans, Psychoville) and feature films (eg Everybody's Fine, Nativity) but has found his favourite area is factual and docs (eg The Tinder Swindler, Dont F**k With Cats, Football's Darkest Secret, White Helmets, Tell Me who I Am, Whitney). He joins Evolutions in 2022, bringing experience, enthusiasm and an unhealthy obsession with 80s/90s band Cardiacs and F1.
