Gary ventured into the world of TV in the mid '80s working for the BBC Film department based in Ealing Studios, the days when 'Auntie' were the biggest consumer of 16mm film in the world. Having retrained as an Engineer whilst at the BBC, Gary developed the skills he passes on to his colleagues today. Gary joined Evolutions 10 years ago as part of the engineering team and has managed the technical design and build of the new facilities in Bristol and Soho. Gary follows Brentford FC and enjoys craft beer, boosting his road cycling Strava profile, and musical theatre.  Said to be tone-deaf by his wife, he leaves the performance to his talented children.
