Since joining Evolutions in 2019 as a runner, Ieva has climbed her way up, trying out different roles on the way. After spending some time as a Receptionist, being the welcoming face of the company, she joined the Operations team as Resources Coordinator, where she learnt the ins and outs of Post Production in more detail than ever before. The year 2021 brought a new challenge for her, and she is now part of the Bookings team, diving deeper into the behind the scenes of TV making. Outside of work Ieva loves to catch up on what’s new on TV and at the cinema and enjoys social gatherings of any kind, especially when there’s a negroni or two.
