Simon Kanjee
Managing Director
Simon has nearly twenty-eight years of experience in the Broadcast industry. Having started out in advertising at Broadcast magazine, he moved to Molinare and then subsequently to TSI which, during the nine years he was there, he established as one of the top twenty post houses in the UK. Having joined Evolutions in 2004 as part of the senior leadership team, he led the management buyout later the same year. Simon has spent the last fourteen years building and leading Evolutions, making it into one of the most successful Post houses in the UK, with a HQ in central Soho, a move into the South West with Evolutions Bristol, and an in-house expansion with Shine TV on Primrose Hill.
Owen Tyler
Operations Director
Owen joined Evolutions from TSI with Simon Kanjee and Nick King. Owen manages the technical and operational side of the business and is responsible for advising on all aspects of the technical and creative delivery to clients. At TSI for fourteen years, Owen was a Senior Editor working on an enormous variety of Award Winning Broadcast Documentaries, Title Sequences, and On Air Branding. Owen has twenty-three years experience in the post industry spanning both creative and technical areas.
Darren Musgrove
Sales Director
Darren joined Evolutions as Business Development Manager 8 years ago following spells at M2 and BBC Resources. Often the first port of call for new clients it is Darren’s responsibility to advise on workflows and maximise your budget potential ensuring the maximum benefit ends up on screen.
