Tim left the bright lights of Middlesbrough in 1995 to take on the role of a runner in film post-production, working his way up to Telecine Assistant on films such as Trainspotting and Interview with the Vampire. He then moved to Molinare and cut his teeth as a Colourist on pop promos and commercials, before gradually moving into long-form television. He started at Evolutions in 2007, working on a wide variety of shows from Top Gear, The Apprentice and Taskmaster to 24 Hours in Police Custody, The Detectives and The Met, and almost every cooking show in between! He has been Head of Grading at Evolutions for the last ten years and moved on to the board as Creative Director in 2017.
When he is allowed out of his dark room, his passions are sport (football in particular) and music – he can be found at Glastonbury every year if his work schedule allows.
