Will started his professional career in live TV, first building displays into sets for live entertainment shows, then progressing onto engineering in the outside broadcast field, finding capture, edit and playout for fast turnaround live TV. For a number of years, he was lucky enough to travel the world gaining new skills and expertise at major events including The Olympics and The Commonwealth Games. He has a wealth of experience across both live and pre-recorded TV and is passionate about engineering robust and efficient solutions for clients and takes much joy in solving new and unique problems. When he’s not working, he likes to leave technology behind and head into the mountains with either a bike or a board depending on the season.
